2024 WYSA Outdoor Recreational Season Registration Info!
With the 2024 WYSA Outdoor Recreational Season almost upon us, we would like to provide you all with some important information regarding the season.
Registration Details
- Where to register: Any player participating in the U9-U18 WYSA Recreational League is required to register within their Community Centre boundaries as established by the Greater Council of Winnipeg Community Centres (GCWCC) or Rural Municipality (RM) based on the geographical location of their home domicile. A player must register in accordance with the process as defined by their QSP Member Organization.

- How to register: Once you have determined which organization to register with, head to their registration page and create a RAMP account if you have not already done so. From here, you must register for the 2024 Outdoor Recreational Season and pay any required fees.

WYSA U9-U12 Recreational League
- Schedule Release Date: Monday, April 22, 2024
- Number of Matches: 14
- Days of Play: U9s and U11s will play Tuesdays & Thursdays, with an alternate day of Sunday; U10s and U12s will play Mondays & Wednesdays, with an alternate day of Friday.
- Season Format: All teams will play 14 matches, with competition being scheduled similar to previous seasons. For example, if there aren’t enough teams to form a division, teams will be scheduled against teams from a neighbouring District (i.e.: BVSC / Lorette / WPFC; FCNW / SCSA; SCSA / WSEU).
- Season Kickoff: Monday, May 6th, 2024
- Season Length: May 6th, 2024 - June 28th, 2024
- Jamboree Date: June 22nd - June 23rd, 2024 (Location TBD)
WYSA U13-U18 Recreational League
- Schedule Release Date: Monday, April 22, 2024
- Number of Matches: 18
- Days of Play: U13s, U15s, and U17s will play Tuesdays & Thursdays, with an alternate day of Sunday; U14s, U16s, and U18s will play Mondays & Wednesdays, with an alternate day of Friday.
- Season Format: All teams will play a 14-match League Season, followed by 4 Playoff matches. The top 2 teams will then move on to the Championship finals (held at John Blumberg Soccer Complex).
- Season Kickoff: Monday, May 6th, 2024
- Season Length: The League Season runs from May 6th, 2024, until June 28th, 2024. Playoffs will run from July 2nd, 2024, until July 11th, 2024. Championship Finals Weekend will be either the weekend of July 13th - 14th, 2024, or July 20th - 21st, 2024, depending on team registrations.
