Misconduct towards a Match Official Form - The Misconduct towards a Match Official form shall be used in situations where there is a physical assault of Match Official, attempted physical assault of Match Official, or threatening behavior towards a Match Official.

Match Incident Report Form - The Match Incident Report Form will now provide officials with an avenue to report incidents or issues which are not covered by a Caution Form Report, Dismissal Form Report, or a Misconduct Towards a Match Official Report directly to appropriate leagues. Incidents including but not limited to events such as the abandonment of matches, reporting misconduct or interference by spectators and issues with facilities, venues or fields can be reported on this form.

The Winnipeg Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) was created in 1982 to coordinate the operation of youth soccer within the City of Winnipeg and its surrounding areas. Through the assistance of its member organizations, WYSA has created and operates league structures for participants aged 9 to 18. WYSA currently operates a U9 - U18 Recreational League, U9 - U12 Developmental League, U13 - U17 Premier League, and an Indoor High School Soccer League. Additionally, WYSA offers other events every year such as the Boston Pizza Player's Tournament and the Golden Boy Indoor Soccer Tournament, along with the Mobile Mini Soccer Program.
