MANITOBA SOCCER ASSOCIATION IS HIRING
MEMBERS SERVICES MANAGER
The Manitoba Soccer Association, the provincial governing body for soccer in Manitoba, is seeking a full-time Members Services Manager to join its team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing front office operations, emails, and phone communications
- Supporting office administration and assisting with accounting duties
- Managing the RAMP online registration platform and related participant services
- Overseeing tournament hosting, insurance, and travel policy administration
- Coordinating special events, including the Night of Excellence and Hall of Fame activities
- Managing the Association’s website, social media, and public relations
- Supporting the coordination of the Annual General Meeting and membership reporting
- Completing administrative tasks related to the position and travelling within Manitoba as required
The successful candidate will possess:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sports Management, or a related field
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with online registration platforms and Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of social media and website management
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A passion for soccer and community sport development
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
